Our Heads-Up students experienced the joy of plating healthier alternatives to
a regular Malaysian brunch. Throughout their cooking session, they had to consider what made up an appropriate diet for growing children, and what did not. Four teams had to present four sets of sumptuous meals, while exhibiting teamwork, co-ordination, a thorough knowledge of hygiene, and creativity. The final product – four plates adorned with colours, spices and everything nice!
