Sports 2017 – Day 1: Badminton Challenge

This year, 7 teams competed in the badminton open doubles. The teams came in a variety of pairings — father-and-child teams, teacher-student teams, and sibling duos. This event encouraged bonding, interaction, and teamwork among the team members. In the finals, we witnessed a spirited match in which the victors from the semi-finals battled to be the champion, exhibiting considerable proficiency in the sport. The experienced Mr. Heng, along with his son, Zhe Xin, performed remarkably while their opponents, Lim Yin Haon and his brother, put up an impressive fight as well. In the end, the father-son team, last year’s runners-up, eventually prevailed over the young Lim brothers with a 21:13 in the first match and a 21:14 in the second. This game provided an entertaining end to the badminton open in Heads Up Academy’s 2017 Sports Challenge.
